Description
This 55-year-old patient from Tampa, Florida, presented to Dr. Brown with concerns about excess skin and aging changes beneath her eyes. During her consultation, Dr. Brown evaluated her lower eyelid anatomy and discussed treatment options to address her concerns. To improve the appearance of under-eye skin laxity and restore volume loss in the tear trough area, he recommended a lower blepharoplasty combined with fat grafting to the tear troughs.
