Mastopexy: Case 13

Description

This patient from Tampa FLcame to us after a prior breast lift with augmentation was complicated by a hematoma and multiple corrective surgeries. Over time, she experienced implant exposure through her scar, which ultimately led to removal of her implants elsewhere. She is now pursuing revision surgery to restore a natural, balanced appearance and improve overall breast contour. Due to blood supply concerns Dr Brown recommended doing this as a staged procedure. The patients first surgery with Dr. Brown was a revision of her wise pattern mastopexy with a left breast reduction. In 3 months the patient will undergo the final step, which is a breast augmentation.
