Description

This 41-year-old patient from Brandon, Florida, came to see Dr. Brown to discuss a revision of her previous breast augmentation and a revision of her breast lift . She explained that since having children her breasts had begun to sag and she felt that her implants were too large. After evaluating her concerns, Dr. Brown performed a revision of her breast augmentation with downsizing of her implants along with revising wise-pattern mastopexy to lift and reshape her breasts. The procedure was completed successfully, and her goals of achieving a smaller, more lifted breast contour were addressed.
