The wonderful 69 year old female cam to Dr. Brown after loosing 125lbs, she had concerns about excess skin on her abdomen. After consultation with Dr. Brown he performed a Fleur De Lis Abdominoplasty, this addressed the skin in a horizontal and vertical plane to create a tight abdomen post massive weight loss. These photos are 6 months post op.
