Abdominoplasty: Case 32
Description
This 42-year-old woman from Tampa FL presented to see Dr. Brown with concerns about her abdomen following multiple pregnancies. She noted excess skin and stubborn fat in the abdominal area that has not improved with diet and exercise. On examination, she was found to have abdominal laxity with redundant skin and localized fat deposits. Dr. Brown explained that the best option to address her concerns is a lipoabdominoplasty with VASER liposuction, which would remove the excess skin, tighten the abdominal wall, and contour the fat for a more refined abdominal profile.
