48-year-old patient from St. Petersburg, Florida presented to discuss a revision of her previous breast augmentation. She underwent a breast augmentation with mastopexy approximately 16 years ago and reported that she had been very pleased with her initial results. She was currently a full DD and desired to be slightly smaller, ideally a small D or large C cup. Her main goal was to achieve a more natural, proportionate look with a soft, natural drop while avoiding an overly augmented or “fake” appearance. Dr. Brown performed a revision breast augmentation with a Wise-pattern mastopexy. The patient’s new implant size is a medium-profile 360 cc implant
