Description
The patient is a 45-year-old woman from Tampa, Florida, who consulted with Dr. Brown regarding changes to her breasts after pregnancy and excess abdominal skin. She reported loss of breast volume following breastfeeding and wished to restore fullness while maintaining a natural appearance. After reviewing her chest measurements and aesthetic goals, both she and Dr. Brown determined that a 310 cc medium profile implant on the right and a 295 cc medium profile implant on the left would best address her asymmetry. In addition, Dr. Brown recommended a lipoabdominoplasty to improve abdominal contour and remove excess skin.
