Description
This 38 year old patient from Tampa FL came in for an evaluation of her breasts and abdomen. She desired a natural, lifted breast appearance and explicitly stated she did not want implants. She previously wore a C cup but was open to going smaller, expressing a strong dislike for large breasts. Regarding her abdomen, she reported feeling “straight up and down” and desired improved contour to better match the tone of her legs. Dr. Brown performed a lipoabdominoplasty with VASER liposuction as well as a bilateral Wise-pattern mastopexy with auto-augmentation, using the patient’s own tissue to create natural upper-pole fullness without the use of implants.
